I worked on the video promotions for music and children channels. My work involved working on the concept of the promotion and overseeing the scripts before creating the animations, making the storyboard and animatics, preparing the scenes, modelling and animating the 3D elements as well as post production work. I was responsible for presenting ideas on the designs and animations for the promotions.

December 2007 to February 2008:

Project: Animation for Oracle conference 2008, Animation for Intel conference 2008, animation for Disney

I was responsible for creating the storyboard and the animation presented at the beginning of the Oracle conference. For an Intel conference I made an animation which was shown on a Mitrex screen for the closure of the conference. The animation was part of a presentation where it had to fit with the performance of dancers and lighting effects.
I made the storyboard and animated two different logos for the Disney company.

Project: Animated children's TV series
I worked for the animated children's TV series “Dusty and Musty” for The Consortium of Gentlemen (produced by Hit entertainment). I was responsible for building an entire museum and its contents, with many different rooms, where the story takes place. I have worked both to the designs of others and with my own designs and layouts. I have built organic and non-organic models such as animals and cars, and the principal characters of the show. I also worked on rigging characters and vehicles, mapping, texturing with Deep Paint and Photoshop, setting up cameras in the scenes according to the storyboards and rendering the scenes. As a promotion for the show I designed and animated a fly through of the entire set.

April to June 2004 :

Freelance work

I worked on a short comic animation film based on the Grace Jones' song 'La Vie en Rose'. I created and designed the character and set, wrote the storyboard, animated and rendered the finished film. The work contains a lot of lip-syncing as the central character sings parts of the song.

January to March 2004 :

I worked on a 3D animation project inspired by Tim Burton's poem “The Oyster Boy”. I designed and modelled the oyster boy character and his mother as well as props for the animation. I rigged all the three main characters, mother, boy and husband. I also animated 4 of the scenes, worked on the post production and organised the work of the other animators.

July to September 2001 :

Design of Lynne McAlley’s ( Photographer ) website, including both Flash & Html menus.
I was involved with all aspects of this site’s production from generating the design in Lightwave to editing the photographic images used, laying out the pages and producing the Flash animations.

January to May 2001 :

Design of a website for a French language company, the site includes an educational game made with Flash 5. I took a general concept for the site and produced an informative and interactive advert for the company. The site was made with Flash 5, Swift, Lightwave, Dreamweaver and JavaScript.
